1. Deposits and Cancellations
- The $50 deposit required for booking an appointment is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of payment may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees.
2. DNA Testing Services
- Once DNA testing has been initiated, no refunds will be issued.
- If a DNA kit or supplies have been shipped, the order becomes non-refundable.
3. Sample Recollection
- In cases where a sample recollection is required by the lab, and the participant is unable or refuses to complete the recollection, no refund will be issued.
4. Timeframes
- DNA testing services have estimated completion times, which may vary. Early or delayed results do not qualify for refunds.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence for prompt assistance.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
7. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Discretionary Refunds
